    Nick co-founded and ran an entrepreneurial software business in Melbourne for 8 years, creating many products over that time.

    He then went on to lead in multiple key roles across a 15 years period in three countries with the international Consultancy Thoughtworks, where he was a Principal Consultant. He also served on the leadership team for the Australian business. He is known for the effectiveness of his empathetic but no-bullshit approach.
